Achievements and awards of Alukov enclosures

Each year, a prestigious competition of pool companies is held on the Australian continent, culminating in the award ceremony at the SPASA 2024 Awards of Excellence. ALUKOV, a company that has been supplying pool enclosures to its overseas customers for decades in cooperation with the local firm TPEC (The Pool Enclosure Company), is celebrating an exceptional success this year. Thanks to joint efforts, they managed to win three awards:

  Project: Sellicks Beach Project
• Gold Winner – TAS Sustainable Project 2024
  Project: Launceston Heritage Project

The new building received an Honorable Mention from the jury in the 2023 Building of the Year competition of the Pardubice Region for its successful design of a production and commercial hall, including the integration of modern technologies and improved employee comfort. It now houses the foreign trade department, marketing department, logistics department, and also the office of the company's CEO, Mr. Jan Zitko. In addition, there are representative meeting rooms and dedicated staff facilities such as a coffee lounge. The modern reception creates a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The building includes a spacious dining area, production and storage facilities, and a battery storage unit for the company’s photovoltaic system. As part of the project, the largest showroom with an area of 1,000 m² was built.

The project was carried out by the architectural office @K2architekti – Ing. arch. Ivo Koudelka and Ing. arch. Kateřina Koudelková, in collaboration with the owner of Alukov a.s., Jan Zitko. Construction work was executed by VIKTORSTAV s.r.o. Chrudim. The Building of the Year competition has been organized since 2004, usually every two years, by the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians (ČKAIT) and the Association of Building Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic (SPS). The award for Alukov was accepted by Logistics Director Mr. Oto Tuček. This year saw a record number of nominated buildings. That makes the award all the more gratifying, and we believe the new environment will inspire us for years to come and further strengthen both our B2B and B2C relationships.

Alukov has received a prestigious award – 2nd place in the Volkswagen Company of the Year 2024 Pardubice Region competition. This recognition affirms our long-term commitment to innovation and product quality, including enclosures for pools, patios, and solar enclosures.
